Job summary

BLEACHTECH LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at its Seville, Ohio facility. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, optimize 24/7 chemical manufacturing operations, and manage a multidisciplinary team including planning, CMMS administration, budgets, and contractors.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, HSSE, and other functions to set maintenance priorities, improve asset reliability, and deliver performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years engineering experience, with at least 5 years in supervision/management.
• Proven experience leading maintenance and reliability in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Experience with budgeting, capital projects, and contractors.
• Experience utilizing a CMMS; Limble experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven improvements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, availability, and plant performance.
• Develop maintenance schedules, work plans, and shutdown activities to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team across multiple functions.
• Oversee plant asset inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Track and analyze maintenance metrics and costs.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX recommendations.
• Oversee Limble CMMS for work management, asset records, maintenance, and inventory.
• Manage outside contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, HSSE and other departments on priorities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and senior leadership recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and regulatory standards.
