Job summary

Chemline Inc. seeks an accomplished Maintenance Leader to drive reliability and integrity across polyurethane process assets. You will oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring a safe and cost-efficient operation.

Lead a 24/7 team, manage spares, and collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years of leadership in chemical manufacturing, a Bachelor's in engineering, and strong CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background leading maintenance in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience with predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Proven ability to build and manage a 24/7 maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy for complex process systems (tanks, reactors, vessels, pumps, ovens).
• Lead a 24/7 maintenance organization with rapid response to equipment issues.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians across multiple trades.
