Job summary

Voyant Beauty, based in Ohio, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability initiatives in the plant, supporting safety, throughput, quality, and continuous improvement. You will oversee installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment and facilities, ensuring teams have the resources to perform their duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• 4–6 years experience as Maintenance Manager in a high throughput facility.
• Experience with GMP and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and guidance in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving equipment issues to ensure timely corrections and sustained operational performance.
• Allocation and management of resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Implement and preserve sound maintenance practices through preventative maintenance programs and procedures.
• Workforce planning and forecasting to meet current and future maintenance demands.
• Lead the hiring and onboarding process, while developing the team’s technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure a well-maintained facility and infrastructure.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance with safety programs and training.
• Track and manage maintenance costs and budget alignment.
• Support process improvement teams.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Participate in designing future production capacities.
• Maintain GMP and PPE requirements.
• Participate in audits and corrective actions.
