Job summary

BLEACHTECH in Seville, Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance operations at the chemical manufacturing facility. You will maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, cost-effective plant performance.

You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage a skilled team, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on safety and compliance in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in supervision/management.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance standards, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, scheduled maintenance, and plant shutdowns to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve asset reliability.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and equipment history.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including uptime and costs.
• Lead department staff, coordinate staffing and resources.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and recommendations for leadership.
