Job summary

BLEACHTECH LLC in Petersburg, VA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to organize preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance across our chemical manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and minimizing downtime while coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

You will manage CMMS (Limble), track KPIs like MTBF and MTTR, prepare work scopes and cost estimates, and ensure compliance with HSSE policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Planner in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Experience coordinating work orders, labor, parts, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to identify issues and develop work plans.
• Create and distribute weekly maintenance schedules aligned with priorities and resources.
• Coordinate labor, parts, equipment, and contractors for safe, efficient work.
• Utilize Limble CMMS to manage work orders, schedules, and equipment history.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Prepare scopes of work, material needs, labor estimates, and cost estimates.
• Track metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; report downtime and performance.
