Job summary

GAF is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to lead reliability and maintenance programs, optimize machine uptime, and reduce equipment failures. You will collaborate with Maintenance and Operations to meet long-term reliability goals and reduce costs.

The role requires engineering expertise, strong problem-solving, and experience with CMMS/Maximo and PdM tools. Base salary is competitive, with travel and benefits supporting sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years industrial manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years plant maintenance experience.
• 2+ years maintenance and reliability improvement.
• Able to be certified in Level 1 Thermography, Vibration Analysis 1 and Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as a core value within the culture.
• Manage FRACAS process and downtime reporting.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve lubrication practices and PM optimization.
• Develop workforce development plans and track KPIs.
