Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Reliability Engineer II in Savannah, GA to build on foundational reliability responsibilities and own specific maintenance programs.

You will lead initiatives to improve uptime, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life while collaborating with Maintenance and Operations to achieve reliability goals and cost reductions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with CMMS/Maximo knowledge and PdM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years of industrial manufacturing/continuous process experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize reliability and maintenance programs to improve OEE.
• Manage FRACAS processes and downtime reporting.
• Develop and monitor lubrication and PM optimization plans.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations to drive cost reductions and reliability goals.
