GAF is seeking a Reliability Engineer II in Gainesville, TX to lead reliability initiatives, improve uptime and reduce downtime. The role focuses on advanced maintenance programs, lubrication practices, and cross-functional collaboration to cut operating costs.

The engineer develops plans, tracks KPIs, and supports fracas and PM optimization while advancing operator effectiveness and asset life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience with maintenance and reliability improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability initiatives to improve uptime and OEE.
• Manage FRACAS process and downtime reporting.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and track KPIs for maintenance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance and Operations.
