Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of industrial manufacturing experience in maintenance and reliability.
• Willing to obtain Level 1 Thermography, Vibration Analysis 1 and Machinery Lubrication Technician 1 within 2 years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, organized work environment with safety as a core value.
• Manage FRACAS, downtime reporting and action plans for high downtime assets.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and PM optimization.
• Improve machine lubrication practices and maintain lubrication programs.
• Develop workforce development plans and track department KPIs.
• Document workflows for maintenance processes and support cross-functional initiatives.
