Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking motivated engineering students for the Summer 2026 internship across U.S. manufacturing plants. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities to work on reliability projects and participate in executive speakers and networking events.

Relocation assistance is provided for relocating 50 miles or more. Ten weeks, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology.
• Enrollment as a student during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026.
• Able to work 40 hours/week for 10 weeks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategies to enhance the reliability and lifespan of equipment and systems.
• Interpret failure data and coordinate initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Work with maintenance teams to create predictive maintenance schedules.
