Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking motivated engineering students for Summer 2027 internships across multiple U.S. manufacturing plants (Carthage MO, Shippensburg PA, Stephenville TX, Logan UT, Beloit/Wisconsin). Paid internship at $22/hour, 10 weeks minimum, 40 hours/week.

Relocation assistance provided if relocation 50 miles or more. Program includes Executive Speakers, Social & Networking Events, and Career Branding & Professional Development.

Qualifications

• Completed sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Student must be enrolled during internship period (not a recent graduate).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence Engineering: optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, productivity, process capability, cost reduction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
