Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is offering a paid Engineering Internship at our Stephenville, Texas plant. You will work closely with skilled engineers on real reliability projects, helping to improve equipment life and reduce downtime.

The program provides exposure to multiple engineering areas, executive speakers, networking events, and professional development. Eligible interns will relocate if needed and participate in a company-wide internship program.

Qualifications

• Sophomore-level status or higher toward an Engineering BS/Engineering Technology.
• Student must be enrolled during the internship timeframe.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026.
• Able to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in reliability engineering initiatives to extend equipment life.
• Interpret failure data and coordinate downtime-reduction efforts.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to create predictive maintenance schedules.
