Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking motivated engineering students for Summer 2026 internships across our U.S. manufacturing plants.

This paid program offers hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a $24.00 hourly rate and relocation assistance if needed. Interns will collaborate with skilled engineers on projects directly impacting operations and participate in company-wide events and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student during the internship.
• Completed sophomore status or higher toward BS in Engineering/Engineering Technology.
• Willing to relocate for Summer 2026; available for 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reliability Engineering: participate in strategies to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Interpret failure data and coordinate initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Work with maintenance teams to create predictive maintenance schedules.
