Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking motivated engineering students to join our Summer 2026 internship program at the Beloit, WI plant. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure in a food manufacturing environment and the chance to work with seasoned engineers on real projects.

Interns will participate in our program's events, including executive speakers, networking, and professional development, while earning $22.00 per hour for a 40‑hour work week during the 10-week summer session.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in an engineering program during the internship period.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in pursuing a full‑time career in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist reliability engineering initiatives to improve equipment lifespan.
• Interpret failure data and help reduce downtime.
• Work with maintenance teams to develop predictive maintenance schedules.
