Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Carthage, MO seeks motivated engineering students for a Summer 2026 Reliability Engineering Co-op. You will help implement strategies to improve reliability and lifespan of equipment, interpret failure data, and coordinate downtime reduction with maintenance teams.

The internship runs 10 weeks, is full-time, and pays $24.00 per hour. Relocation assistance is offered for eligible interns, along with an Engineering Internship Program featuring executive speakers,

Qualifications

Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS in engineering/engineering technology.
Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026 and take off a semester.
Able to work 40 hours/week for ~10 weeks in summer.
Strong analytical and communication skills; reliable and proactive.

Responsibilities

Participate in strategies to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
Interpret failure data and coordinate downtime reduction with maintenance.
