Schreiber Foods is seeking motivated engineering students for a Summer 2026 Reliability Engineering internship across its U.S. manufacturing plants.

This paid internship offers hands-on project work, exposure to global operations, and participation in the company Internship Program with networking and development events. Applicants must be pursuing a BS in engineering, be enrolled during the internship, and be willing to relocate for Summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Sophomore status or higher toward a BS in Engineering/Engineering Technology.
• Must be enrolled as a student during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2026.
• Ability to work 10 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week during the summer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in pursuing a full-time career in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Reliability Engineering: help implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Interpret failure data and coordinate downtime-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to create predictive maintenance schedules.
