Job summary

Mountaintop Beverage is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment uptime and asset performance across our Morgantown plant. You will analyze data, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions to reduce repeat failures and help hit production targets.

You will partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement, develop PM programs, maintain CMMS data integrity, and lead root cause investigations with structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in an aseptic beverage manufacturing facility preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports and develops ownership of asset reliability outcomes, including equipment uptime and elimination of repeat failures.
• Contributes to PM programs, CMMS data integrity, and maintenance strategies.
• Leads and participates in structured root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with USDA and FDA requirements.
• Develops and maintains PM plans, SOPs, and asset standards.
• Partners with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve asset reliability.
