Mountaintop-Beverage-LL is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Morgantown, WV to improve equipment reliability and maximize asset performance. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement durable improvements.

Responsibilities include developing PM programs, ensuring regulatory compliance with USDA/FDA standards, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve uptime and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in an aseptic beverage manufacturing facility preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial equipment systems.
• Proficient with CAD software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supports and develops ownership of asset reliability outcomes, including equipment uptime and elimination of repeat failures.
• Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of PM programs, CMMS data integrity, and maintenance strategies.
• Works cross-functionally to drive sustainable performance improvements across Maintenance, Engineering, and Production.
• Supports and helps ensure installation and commissioning activities align with reliability standards and long-term asset performance objectives.
• Participates in structured root cause analyses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
• Supports capital and continuous improvement projects aligned with reliability objectives.
• Ensures process parameters comply with USDA and FDA requirements.
• Analyzes equipment performance data to optimize reliability, utilization, efficiency, and asset lifecycle.
• Develops PM plans, SOPs, equipment standards, and other reliability-related documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of GMPs and regulatory requirements.
