Job summary

Mountaintop-Beverage-LL is seeking a Process & Automation Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of beverage manufacturing processes and automation systems.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to enhance throughput, yield, and product quality while delivering technical solutions that align with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing engineering experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, automation, and controls.
• Experience with GMP, Food Safety, FDA knowledge.
• Experience in aseptic, UHT, and beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process & Automation Engineering team.
• Prioritize resources to support operations and projects.
• Own blending, aseptic processing, and downline performance.
• Drive improvements in throughput, yield, and quality.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Vendors.
• Support commissioning, startup, validation, optimization.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, Food Safety, regulatory standards.
• Communicate project timelines and priorities weekly.
