Job summary

Mountaintop-Beverage-LL in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead weekend maintenance operations in our aseptic beverage facility. You will supervise technicians, oversee preventive maintenance and calibrations, coordinate with other departments, manage parts inventory, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership, 5–7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and strong knowledge of CMMS and beverage equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic filling and packaging systems and beverage equipment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning (PMs and calibrations).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and costs.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (FDA, HACCP).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises/assists a team of maintenance and electrical technicians during the weekend shift.
• Oversees preventive maintenance activities for process and facility equipment.
• Oversees calibrations of facility equipment.
• Conducts regular inspections and plans corrective actions.
• Coordinates with Head of Maintenance and other departments for parts and schedule alignment.
• Monitors maintenance costs to adhere to budget.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
