Job summary

Form Energy in Weirton, WV is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance team and drive reliability across a high-volume facility. You will plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, partnering with Engineering and Operations to support production ramps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience, 2+ in leadership, and strong CMMS knowledge (MaintainX, SAP, Maximo).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; equivalent experience also considered.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians in high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Experience using CMMS such as MaintainX, SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize work and drive equipment uptime with minimal downtime.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, shutdowns, and improvement projects.
• Strong safety knowledge: LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA, machine guarding.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians while fostering safety and accountability.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Controls to prioritize work.
• Ensure work orders, parts usage, and asset history are accurately tracked in the CMMS.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
