Job summary

Siemens Energy in Fort Payne, Alabama seeks a Reliability Engineer to drive proactive maintenance, reduce downtime, and maximize equipment uptime. You will partner with maintenance teams, operators, and Operations Managers to improve reliability and lead maintenance program execution.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 8+ years in manufacturing, CMMS experience, and hands-on troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, robots and CNC machines.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• CMMS experience required.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLCs, HMIs, robots, and CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Drive downtime reduction and proactive maintenance programs.
• Lead data-driven equipment performance analysis and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, operators, and Operations Managers to resolve issues.
