Job summary

MissionHires is seeking a Reliability Engineer who will drive uptime and maintainability across a plant environment. This position requires a blend of hands-on engineering, team leadership, and reliability strategy to enhance safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance personnel, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement predictive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead reliability and maintenance strategies for all production equipment.
  • Provide technical direction to maintenance and technical teams.
  • Plan work schedules and oversee preventive maintenance activities.
  • Conduct root cause investigations to prevent repeat failures.
  • Develop performance metrics and maintenance documentation.
