Job summary
GE Vernova seeks an Equipment Reliability Engineer to define and execute a multi-year reliability roadmap, shifting maintenance from reactive to proactive through PdM, CBM, and data-driven decisions. You will optimize MTBF/MTTR, oversee capital upgrades, and integrate OEE software across facilities to improve uptime and safety.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
- Hands-on experience with CMMS and OEE monitoring software.
- Experience in managing equipment upgrade projects (CAPEX).
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term reliability roadmap to improve MTBF and MTTR.
- Audit and redesign PM schedules; implement PdM techniques for CBM.
- Identify end-of-life equipment and manage upgrades/retrofits for performance and safety.
- Lead deployment of OEE software and asset management systems; use analytics to spot bottlenecks.
- Lead RCA investigations to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to align reliability with production.
