Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and performance across its U.S. manufacturing facility.

You will lead predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs and partner with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams to cut downtime and costs. The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field, 5+ years in manufacturing, and experience with predictive maintenance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve equipment reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Lead predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Reduce unplanned downtime and optimize asset utilization.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and CI teams.
