Amrize is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead a team of Reliability Technicians in a heavy manufacturing setting. The role involves monitoring vibration analysis, PMRs, BOMs, and SAP-driven maintenance workflows to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

You will drive root cause analyses (FMEA, Pareto, statistical reviews) and implement continuous improvements while ensuring adherence to safety policies. Strong teamwork with plant staff and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing.
• CBM certifications preferred; SAP, Excel, Word, Project experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop Reliability Technicians.
• Collaborate with plant staff and equipment suppliers to ensure plant operations.
• Monitor preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Develop PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability.
• Perform root cause analysis and FMEA to reduce repetitive problems.
• Support improvements in MTBF for major equipment.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of equipment availability and reliability.
• Provide CBM program status reports.
• Coordinate SAP PMR operations with maintenance planners.
• Provide training for maintenance functions on reliability concepts.
• Promote health, safety and environmental policies.
