Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to develop and manage CBM programs at a cement plant site in Florence, CO. You will improve equipment reliability, monitor MTBF, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement proactive maintenance strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in heavy manufacturing, with experience in vibration analysis, oil analysis, NDT, and reliability metrics. Travel is limited to 0–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with rotating equipment in heavy industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with RCFA, FMEA, and root-cause analyses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability improvement plans and CBM programs to boost equipment reliability.
• Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance activities and PMIs.
• Analyze failure history and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support MTBF and availability metrics and provide coaching to teams.
