Amrize is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to create and monitor CBM programs, analyze equipment data, and develop proactive maintenance strategies for our cement plant operations. You will lead vibration analysis, oil analysis, NDT, and thermography initiatives while partnering with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Planning to reduce downtime and improve MTBF.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in reliability/maintenance in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with rotating equipment and mechanical systems in heavy industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor CBM programs to improve reliability and plant performance.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs (vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Planning to implement reliability improvements.
• Analyze failure history, downtime, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to plant teams and promote safety and continuous improvement.
