Elevate, part of the Amrize family, seeks a Plant Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead reliability initiatives and drive continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment. You will act as the technical resource for machinery and facilities, coaching teams and applying Lean tools to improve uptime and safety across the plant.

The role emphasizes developing sustainable maintenance solutions, leading root-cause analysis, and collaborating with sister sites to share learnings while driving

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience implementing continuous improvements.
• Strong collaboration, influence, and change management skills.
• Excellent team building capabilities.
• Experience managing productivity/cost savings programs and delivering on targets.
• Experience in project management and planning with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance Department through coaching and gemba walks.
• Own reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and controls.
• Develop and monitor an Asset Maintenance Plan.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead cross-functional improvements and share learnings with sister sites.
• Drive OEE and cost metrics, and capital planning.
• Identify capital needs and manage procurement, budgets, and scheduling.
• Develop solutions to repetitive failures and apply root cause analysis.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental policy adherence.
