Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead initiatives that improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and maximize asset reliability across our manufacturing operations in the United States. Qualifications

5–10 years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
Experience in food & beverage, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of RCM, RCA, FMEA, and preventive/predictive maintenance methodologies.
Experience with CMMS, preferably SAP PM.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations into equipment and process failures using RCM, RCA, FMEA, and related methods.
Develop and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
Analyze equipment history and failure data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Design and improve preventive maintenance programs based on criticality and history.
Prioritize maintenance activities by operational risk and business impact.
Implement predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis and infrared methods.
