Job summary

I-care Reliability Inc. is expanding its operations team in the US, seeking a highly analytical Reliability Engineer to identify asset reliability risks and champion continuous improvement across maintenance and operations.

You'll apply engineering principles and data analytics to reduce downtime and maintenance costs while ensuring safe, compliant operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects and condition-based monitoring to optimize plant reliability and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years of reliability engineering, industrial manufacturing, or plant maintenance.
• Experience applying reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCFA, Fault Tree).
• Proficiency with CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• Knowledge of condition-monitoring technologies and NDT.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage asset reliability risks to minimize downtime.
• Develop data-driven maintenance strategies and lifecycle extension plans.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Support documentation of equipment lifecycles, critical spares, and reliability metrics.
