Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to advance the site’s reliability program, improve asset performance, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, packaging, and utilities. This role reports to the Reliability Manager and works with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams.

The candidate will lead PdM programs, apply RCA/RCM/FMEA methodologies, and support capital projects to ensure uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/reliability/industrial engineering or related technical discipline (required).
Minimum 5 years of reliability/maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing (preferred).
Experience with predictive maintenance, capital projects, and asset management.
Experience with SAP PM and CMMS systems; strong data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability engineering and asset performance initiatives across manufacturing, packaging, utilities, and processing assets.
Develop and implement asset care strategies to improve uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost.
Guide predictive maintenance programs using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
