Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Reliability Engineer to drive asset reliability at the plant. You will lead RCFA investigations, develop and execute maintenance strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, PdM expertise, and CMMS experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to train others are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with PdM technologies and data interpretation from vibration, infrared thermography, and other condition-monitoring tools.
  • Proficient with CMMS (TabWare or Octave Attune EAM) and data analytics for reliability improvements.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints; develop maintenance strategies and reliability roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a reliability centered maintenance strategy based on business needs.
  • Lead RCFA investigations and drive corrective actions for downtime events.
  • Monitor KPIs and reliability metrics; track spares and high-cost assets; develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve PM effectiveness and asset reliability.
  • Support capital projects with reliability input during scope development and design reviews.
