CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in mission-critical systems.

The role supports preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and fixed assets within the Engineering and Technical Services function. You will work with engineering and operations teams, develop asset maintenance plans, and coach colleagues while applying in-depth knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; 4-5 years of related experience.
• Able to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine maintenance plans for assets.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to evaluate assets.
• Develop risk management plans for reliability and plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service problems.
• Document maintenance schedules, configurations, and reference materials.
• Apply standard principles to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Explain sensitive information and build consensus to reach agreement.
