Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to monitor, analyze, and resolve failures in mission-critical systems and infrastructure across facilities. You will design maintenance plans, support mechanical equipment, and drive asset reliability through data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations, develop risk management plans, and document procedures while mentoring teammates and applying advanced problem-solving to improve plant uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to evaluate assets.
• Develop risk management plans to anticipate risks that could impact plant operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment problems.
• Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and reference materials.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines.
• Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Impact a range of activities within own team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult information to build consensus and reach agreement.
