Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Facilities Operations/Engineering team in support of site assets and utilities. You will implement reliability best practices, manage maintenance and calibration programs, and use CMMS for asset records and change management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Metrology, QA, and end users to improve equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems and reliability concepts.
• Experience with CMMS and asset management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute calibration interval assessments for instruments on new systems.
• Improve maintenance, calibration, and service delivery across sites.
• Develop asset life cycle and maintenance plans.
• Determine spare parts stock levels to reduce downtime.
• Submit CMMS change requests for updates.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent failures.
• Track CMMS changes and KPI improvements.
• Advance reliability KPIs for informed decision making.
