Job summary
Everpure is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager in Santa Clara to own hardware and software development for data center storage, driving from vision to mass production and coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage full hardware and firmware development lifecycle.
- Experience leading NPI programs through EVT/DVT/PVT/MP.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
- Financial acumen with program budgeting and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end release plan across Product, Engineering, QA, and Security.
- Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and align architecture with execution.
- Lead release branch health metrics, triage issues, and merge criteria.
- Drive PLC phase exit reviews (Phases 0–3) and define exit criteria.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and keep projects moving across teams.
- Oversee Capex budgets with monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting.
- Lead post-release retrospectives and accelerate time-to-market improvements.
- Work primarily in the Santa Clara office in compliance with policies.
