Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to guide a high-performance hardware team responsible for storage systems. You will set technical direction, own architecture-to-production delivery, and drive robust qualification and testing strategies.

Applicants should have a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Masters or Bachelors with extensive experience) and a proven track record managing hardware teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware engineering teams.
• Strong background in hardware design and system integration.
• Proven ability to drive diagnostics and qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers.
• Set direction for compute, storage, networking, and I/O systems.
• Own delivery from architecture to production release.
• Harden validation strategies including automation and stress tests.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and OEM partners to scale production.
