Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Manufacturing Test Engineering in Santa Clara. You will own test program delivery across L6/L10 milestones, ensuring readiness and preventing surprises at gate reviews while translating build milestones into test deliverables for engineering teams.

You will drive integrated test strategy, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide clear mitigation paths.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading concurrent NPI programs.
• Technical fluency in manufacturing test processes (ICT, functional test, burn-in, End of Line test, yield workflows).
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira/Smartsheet/Asana/Confluence for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of commitments across NPI, production, and test strategy.
• Own gate readiness by tracking test coverage, fixture availability, lead times, and test releases.
• Facilitate strategic communication and risk mitigation for gate reviews.
• Absorb status reporting and dashboards to keep engineers focused on technical deliverables.
• Identify root causes and refine workflows to maintain program momentum.
