Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Relay Technician II to perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of protection and control systems. The role emphasizes safety, technical proficiency, and collaboration with engineers and clients across North America.

You will develop expertise in relay protection schemes, perform end-to-end testing, and contribute to project execution through reporting and valid ation of results. A strong safety mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, testing, repairing protective relays in substations.
• Ability to read one-line/three-line diagrams and protection logic.
• Strong safety culture and adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to travel for job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform relay testing, commissioning, and maintenance of protection systems.
• Create test plans, isolation plans, and detailed reports of results.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure project success.
• Support incident investigations and document calibration records.
