Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial banking with emphasis on business development and relationship management.
• Proven ability to sell bank products and services to high-net-worth clients and businesses.
• Strong background in loan structuring, cash flow and collateral analysis, and risk identification.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, private businesses, and real estate investors.
• Deliver tailored credit, deposit, and treasury solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee portfolio health, loan performance, and onboarding while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration, Operations, Treasury, and Compliance for seamless service.
• Structure loans with lenders and underwriters; respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Lead with accountability and contribute to CalPrivate’s growth initiatives.
