Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Relationship Manager to support Corporate/Private Sector retirement solutions across the Southeast and Carolinas (FL, GA, TN, AL, NC & SC). Living within the territory is strongly preferred.

You’ll manage small-sized plans with assets of $5–10M and drive profitability while expanding Nationwide products and services. The role demands strategic account management, onboarding leadership, and deep client engagement with plan sponsors, advisors, and consultants to enhance

Qualifications

Undergraduate studies in business or finance preferred.
Five years in the financial services industry, with at least three years focused on retirement plans.
FINRA 6, 63, 65 (or 7/66) required; licenses/registrations to be obtained within designated period.

Responsibilities

Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with plan sponsors, advisor/consultants, TPAs and other service providers.
Lead the integrated service team by coordinating home office support and resources.
Develops and executes a strategic business plan for each client that aligns with Nationwide capabilities.
Support small plan sales acquisition by positioning Nationwide services to sponsors and participants.
Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition with implementation team.
Drive plan efficiency and participant engagement through servicing strategies.
Represent client voice in product and service development.
