Job summary

Quantum Electronic Payments LLC is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to support and grow our ISO and Agent Partner Channel, serving as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio. You will drive portfolio growth, guide underwriting and risk discussions, and enable partners with training and tools to maximize production.

The role collaborates with Sales, Risk, Underwriting, Operations, Product, and Customer Support to ensure partner success and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchant services, payments, fintech.
• Experience supporting ISO/Agent channels.
• Strong relationship-building and account management.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship owner for ISO and Agent partners.
• Build trusted relationships with principals, sales leaders, and operational contacts.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on portfolio growth, merchant retention, and risk performance.
• Drive incremental processing volume and revenue growth within assigned portfolios.
• Educate partners on risk mitigation best practices and processing guidelines.
• Own partner escalations from initiation through resolution.
