Job summary

Maverick Payments is seeking a Director of Relationship Management to lead the partner success function for ISO, Agent, and strategic partners. You will drive retention, engagement, and growth across the portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Finance to align initiatives with company goals and revenue targets.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, establish playbooks and KPIs, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives and partners across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, fintech, or acquiring industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing relationship management, partner relations, or account teams.
• Experience with ISO/Agent business models, pricing structures, and partner retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide strategic leadership for the Relationship Management department.
• Develop and execute partner retention, engagement, and growth strategies.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key ISO, Agent, and strategic partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
