Quantum ePay® in Anaheim Hills seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to support and grow our ISO and Agent Partner Channel, serving as the primary contact for a portfolio across low, medium, high-risk, and specialty merchant verticals, helping partners maximize production, navigate complex risk scenarios, and deliver exceptional merchant experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience supporting ISO, Agent, ISV, or referral partner channels.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, underwriting, risk management, chargebacks, and merchant onboarding.
• Exceptional relationship-building and account management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned ISO and Agent partners.
• Portfolio Growth & Revenue Development: Drive incremental processing volume and revenue growth within assigned portfolios.
• Risk, Underwriting & Operations Support: Guide partners through underwriting requirements across all risk categories.
• Partner Enablement: Deliver ongoing training on products, programs, systems, and market opportunities.
• Escalations & Service Excellence: Own partner escalations from initiation through resolution.
