Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a senior fiduciary services professional to serve institutional clients and manage complex trust activities. You will onboard new accounts, review agreements, and coordinate fiduciary deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, you will lead Trust Administrators through stock trades, fund transfers, and reconciliations, maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts.
• Lead onboarding of new accounts and coordinate account opening processes.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet with contacts to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and field inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators with processing of stock and mutual fund trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub accounting and reconciliations.
