Job summary

Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned fiduciary services professional to serve high-profile institutional accounts sponsored by Fortune 500 firms. You will own client relationships, oversee onboarding, and coordinate complex account administration.

You will collaborate with Trust Administrators, attorneys, and senior management to ensure accurate processing, timely deliverables, and proactive client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Nurtures long standing client relationships with high quality, responsive service.
• Leads onboarding of new accounts and coordinates account opening processes.
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal docs for proper administration.
• Meets with contacts to ensure timely deliverables and field inquiries.
• Directs Trust Administrators in processing of trades, wires, checks and sub accounting.
• Collaborates with senior mgmt, trust admins, operations, analysts and attorneys.
• Presents annual reviews at weekly meetings and participates in planning.
• Facilitates participant communications regarding stock funds and distributions.
• Supports compliance by following policies, retaining records, and responding to audits.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
