Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Experience in relationship management and client engagement within financial services.
• Ability to analyze financial information and credit risk fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
• Acquire and expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; manage credit and non-credit products and services.
• Mitigate risks including regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks while managing risk/return for clients.
• Identify client needs and opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty by understanding their financial well-being.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and present the full range of PNC products.
