You will guide customers through applications, verify income and assets, and coordinate with title companies to ensure timely processing, while promoting deposit growth and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in personal banking with origination and underwriting capability.
• Strong financial analysis including DTI, LTV, ATR/QM.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations (RESPA, HMDA, Reg Z/B, Flood Determination).
• Experience supporting loan portfolios post closing.

Responsibilities

• Build profitable partnerships through relationship development.
• Engage clients to identify needs and present loan solutions.
• Apply a consistent sales approach from prospecting to referrals.
• Collaborate across lines for holistic financial advice (ins., advisory).
• Drive growth of core deposits and non-interest income.

• Guide applicants through installment and real estate loan processes.
• Enter applications into LOS and Encompass with accurate docs.
• Coordinate with loan coordinators and title companies.
• Ensure deposit relationships are integrated into loan structuring.
