Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience in customer and light commercial banking, with ability to originate, underwrite, and manage various loan products
• Strong financial analysis skills: DTI, LTV, DSCR, credit reports, tax returns, balance sheets, cash flow
• Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships through consultative, relationship and needs-based conversations
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations (RESPA, HMDA, Reg Z/B, CRA, BSA, Flood) and policy interpretation
• Experience supporting loan portfolios post-closing, monitoring performance and maintaining documentation
